It’s hard to find authentic Japanese Ramen in West Texas, but you can find it at House of Teriyaki. When a veteran who had been stationed in Japan told the owners how he genuinely couldn’t tell the difference between what they served and what he remembered from Japan, they asked me to make a testimony video for them.
